Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses very thin, sterile needles placed at specific points on the body to help regulate your nervous system, reduce pain, and support your overall health. Needle-nervous? That's completely understandable — and worth knowing that acupuncture needles are nothing like what you're picturing. They're hair-thin, and most people feel little to nothing when they're placed.
At Honey Bee, acupuncture sessions can include additional modalities like cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion when appropriate — or we keep it simple and needle-only if that's what your body needs that day.

Cupping
Cupping uses gentle suction to release tight muscles, improve circulation, and help your body let go of tension it's been holding onto longer than it should. It's one of those things that looks a little intense on the internet and feels incredible in real life. Yes, it can leave temporary marks — they're painless and fade within a few days.
Cupping can be done on its own or combined with acupuncture, and is most commonly used on the back, neck, and shoulders.

Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic acupuncture is a natural, holistic approach to skin health — no injectables, no downtime. Fine needles stimulate circulation and collagen production, while facial gua sha and other techniques help tone, lift, and bring out your skin's natural glow. It treats the face the same way acupuncture treats the rest of the body: from the inside out.
If you're curious but not quite ready for needles, the Glow Getter session is a great place to start — facial gua sha only, no acupuncture required.
